OpLoop

Support

Help and contact for the OpLoop application by StudioJson.

There is one support channel: [email protected]. OpLoop is made by a small studio, so replies normally take a few working days. The sections below cover the requests that arrive most often — several of them you can complete yourself, faster than by writing in.

1. How to write in

Write to [email protected]. English and Korean are both fine.

For anything that isn’t working as expected, include:

  • your device model and Android version;
  • the OpLoop version, shown in Settings;
  • what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

The first three lines are what make a first reply useful rather than a request for more detail.

2. Delete your account

An OpLoop account is optional, and you can delete it at any time — in the Application under Settings, or by email if you no longer have the Application installed. The account deletion page sets out both routes and exactly what deletion removes.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. See the next section.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play, and Google Play — not the Service Provider — handles renewal, cancellation, refunds, payment methods, and billing disputes.

  • Cancelling is done in your Google Play account, not in the Application. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Refunds are requested through Google Play and are subject to its refund policy and review, which generally allows requests within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Paid features missing after a purchase — sign in with the Google account used for the purchase, then write in if they are still missing.

The full terms are in section 10 of the Terms & Conditions.

4. Blocking isn’t working

Blocking depends on two Android permissions, and Android can revoke either of them — after an update, a restart, or a battery-saving sweep.

  • The Accessibility Service must be enabled. While it is disabled, blocking does not operate.
  • Usage Access must be granted for statistics and baselines to keep updating.

Both can be checked in Android Settings, and the Application shows their state in Settings. If they are on and blocking still fails, write in with the details from section 1.
